  • Duo Queue Services

3. Account Bans and Liability Disclaimer

By using our boosting services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Ban Guarantee: Valocarry cannot and does not guarantee that your account will not be banned, suspended, or penalized by Riot Games or any other game developer.
  • Account Sharing Risks: You understand that account sharing violates Riot Games' Terms of Service, and you assume all risks associated with using our services.
  • No Refunds for Bans: Valocarry is NOT responsible for any bans, suspensions, rank resets, or penalties imposed by Riot Games or any game developer. No refunds will be issued for banned accounts.
  • Account Security: While we take account security seriously and use VPNs and other security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection against detection.
  • Use at Your Own Risk: By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are using them at your own risk and that Valocarry bears no liability for any consequences to your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: All payments must be made in full before services begin. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if the service has not been started. Once a booster has been assigned and work has begun, refunds are not available.
  • No Refunds for Bans: As stated above, no refunds will be issued if your account is banned, suspended, or penalized during or after our service.
  • Service Completion: We commit to completing the agreed-upon service. If we fail to deliver the service, a full refund will be issued.

5. Account Credentials and Security

  • Credential Safety: We treat your account credentials with the utmost confidentiality and will not share them with any third parties.
  • VPN Usage: Our boosters use VPN services matching your region to minimize detection risk.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate account information and ensuring your account is accessible when services begin.
  • Account Changes: Do not change your password or account details while the service is in progress, unless instructed by our support team.

6. Service Delivery and Timeframes

  • Estimated Timeframes: Service completion timeframes are estimates and may vary based on queue times, game conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Professional Service: All services are performed by experienced, high-ranked players who maintain professionalism throughout the boosting process.
  • Progress Updates: You can track your order progress through your account dashboard.
  • Service Delays: We will notify you of any significant delays. Delays do not constitute grounds for refund if the service is ultimately completed.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders
  • Not attempt to access your account while boosting is in progress (for Solo Queue services)
  • Communicate respectfully with our team and boosters
  • Not share your order details or our boosters' information publicly
  • Not request services for accounts you do not own or have permission to use

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using our services for fraudulent purposes
  • Attempting chargebacks after services have been completed
  • Harassing or abusing our staff or boosters
  • Attempting to circumvent our payment systems
  • Reselling our services without authorization

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Your account credentials and personal information are encrypted and stored securely. We will never sell your information to third parties. All data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Valocarry and all related logos, designs, and content are the property of Valocarry. Valorant and all related trademarks are property of Riot Games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Riot Games.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Valocarry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by Riot Games or other third parties
  • Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our service, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our support channels will be handled through binding arbitration.
